§ C. Electrical permit

1. A $25.00 minimum shall be charged for all electrical permits.

2. A $50.00 reinspection fee shall be charged for work not passing inspection. A $27.50 fee will be charged for each inspection.

Electrical fees.

New commercial construction fees: Based on total square footage, size of service, and number of feeder panels, plus $27.50 for each inspection.

Square footage: $0.04 per square foot

Size service:

100 AMP or portion thereof: $35.00

200 AMP or portion thereof: $50.00

300 AMP or portion thereof: $90.00

400 AMP or portion thereof: $125.00

Feeder panels each: $35.00

New residential electric fees: Based on total square footage x $0.06 per square foot. A fee of $27.50 will be charged for each inspection.

Remodeling/renovation of residential and commercial:

Residential. A minimum permit fee of $25.00 will be charged for all permits. A fee of $27.50 will be charged for each inspection.

Service:

100 AMP or portion thereof: $25.00

200 AMP or portion thereof: $40.00

Feeder panels each: $35.00

Commercial. Basic permit fee of $65.00 plus size of service, feeder panels, and number of outlets — Plus the following:

Motors:

1 hp or less: Each $5.00

1 hp to 10 hp: Each $7.50

10 hp to 25 hp: Each $10.00

25 hp to 50 hp: Each $15.00

50 hp and above: Each $50.00
