§ K. Flood zone development permit fee

Latest version.

1. A fee of $375.00 will be charged for the issuance of a flood zone development permit.

2. Special: All requirements set forth in current city ordinance, titled flood damage prevention ordinance shall be met prior to issuance of permit.
