§ 38-1. Restricted zones

The following areas, depicted in the sketch marked as exhibit 1 and attached to the ordinance from which this section was derived, are hereby designated as "restricted zones":

(1) That portion of the tract of land, out of the Sherwood Downs Section of the Sherwood Shores I Subdivision, on which the city's water treatment plant is situated and which is enclosed within a six-foot-high fence; and

(2) That part of Lake Lyndon B. Johnson which surrounds the raw water intake works for the city's water treatment plant which is designated by the placement of buoys.
