§ 38-94. Delinquent fee and temporary connection fee

(a) A $40.00 delinquent fee will be assessed in accordance with section 38-66, when service has been disconnected for the nonpayment of a utility bill.

(b) For a temporary connection, which shall be limited to three days of water usage and 2,000 gallons, the temporary connection fee for residents inside the city limits shall be $35.00, and for residents outside the city limits shall be $55.00.
