§ 38-205. Public education

Latest version.

The city will periodically provide the public with information about the plan, including information about the conditions under which each stage of the plan is to be initiated or terminated and the drought response measures to be implemented in each stage. This information shall be provided by means of public meetings, press releases, utility mass mailings, city website postings and/or other means of public communication.
