§ 6-1. Penalty

  • (a) Any person operating or handling an aircraft in violation of any of these rules or refusing to comply therewith may be ejected from the airstrip, and/or may be denied use of the airstrip, up to ten days by the airstrip manager, and, upon a public hearing by the city council, may be deprived of further use of the airstrip and its facilities for a period of time as may be determined by the city council.

    (b) Any person found to be violating this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, is subject to a fine as provided by section 1-10 of this Code.
