§ 6-57. Appeals and judicial review

Latest version.

Any person aggrieved, or any taxpayer affected, by any decision of the city council and/or the board of adjustment, may appeal to a court of competent jurisdiction, as provided by the Airport Zoning Act (V.T.C.A., Local Government Code ch. 241), as amended.
