§ 38-111. Standards and rules

The Lower Colorado River Authority (hereinafter LCRA) rules and standards entitled "Rules of the LCRA for On-Site Sewerage Facilities" and "LCRA Construction Standards for On-Site Sewerage Facilities" are hereby adopted as part of this article, to the same effect as if copied verbatim herein, and shall be in effect except as they may be in conflict with the provisions of this article. A copy of the LCRA rules and standards, which are identified by the signature of the mayor and the city secretary, shall be kept on file in the office of the city secretary.
