§ 38-112. Scope

(a) This article is effective in the area bounded by the city limits except for that area which is encompassed within 2,200 feet of the 825-foot mean sea level contour of Lake Lyndon B. Johnson, which is regulated directly by LCRA.

(b) The area described in subsection (a) of this section shall be regulated according to the rules and standards applicable to a water quality zone as defined by the LCRA rules and standards, as modified and adopted herein.
